Fire disaster is a nightmare for all fire departments around the
world, especially when a fire breaks out in super high-rise
buildings or forest, in which case, as confined by the height of
aerial ladders and geographical conditions, it is hard for
firefighters to learn about the fire behaviors in a timely
fashion. And it also puts persons hemmed in fire, firefighters and
persons around the fire scene in grave potential peril. The dense
smoke caused will be detrimental to the surrounding environment
and road traffic. To resolve this, Joyton applies hi-tech
technologies such as GPS and digital image transmission to drones
and has developed a UAV firefighting & emergency rescue system for
fire monitoring, fire reconnaissance and rescue assistance. The
device carried by the drone can monitor the fire behaviors, find
out the high-temperature fire spots and send real-time fire
conditions to the fire command center.
Our Joyton firefighting & emergency rescue UAS, with high
tenacity and high strength and carrying a gimbal integrated
with thermal imager and visible light camera, is available for
quick reconnaissance in the fire scene and help the fire
commander to make a quick estimation about the fire behaviors,
location and number of persons hemmed in fire, distribution of
explosives and chemicals nearby and spark moving directions
and other information., which provides helpful information for
fire extinguishment. Joyton firefighting & emergency rescue
UAS may compare and analyze the thermal images and visible
light data gathered to identify the highest and lowest fire
points, so as to facilitate the fire extinguishment and rescue
by firefighters.
The UAS can also carry a gas detector to make a modular
detection, making remote detection of the concentration of
inflammable gas, toxic gas, combustible and explosive gases to
acquire key information on dangerous parts for high security
of emergency rescue.
Working principle:
Forest resources burnt in fire and its impacts on ecological
environment are beyond number. Meanwhile, as affected by
weather conditions, forest fire is highly random and
unexpected and its breakout will incur great detriment and
danger; therefore, forest fire prevention and control are
extremely important.
The fatal root cause of extensive forest fire is inconspicuous
hidden fire and it is hard to detect the hidden fire with
existing patrol methods. The IR camera carried by Joyton
firefighting & emergency rescue UAVs can passively receive the
thermal radiation from the target and get HD image data and
information of high-temperature targets even in the dark
without any light. Our UAS is available for 24/7 smart
monitoring and identification of hidden fire in the forest and
grass. It has a remote operating range, high interference
immunity and good penetrating capacity in smog and haze, which
enables our UAVs to quickly identify the fire cause and is
helpful for saving firefighting cost and reducing the burning
